Competition

In accordance with Club By-laws, there is no formal competition between members within the club. To allow members who wish to compete, the club belongs to the Photographic Society of America (PSA) and to Wisconsin Area Camera Clubs Organization (WACCO) .
Unlimited Vision Photo Club participates in PSA Club Nature (3 times per year), PSA Club Projected Image (3 times per year), PSA Chapter 21 Showcase, Wisconsin Print Circuit, and fall and spring WACCO competitions for members that wish to compete.

Past Outings

The club has offered opportunities to its members through numerous day trips photographing kayaking, steam engines, bike races, fireworks, wildflowers, historic buildings and hot air balloon rallies. We have also had a professional product and model photographer teach us how to shoot live models including lighting and reflector setups.
The club has enjoyed extended trips to photograph fall color and waterfalls in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina and the Smoky Mountains.

Hands On

During meetings we have provided set ups for members to photograph images on mylar, milk droplets and macro. We have also done lighting training and software training in Flickr, Photoshop, Lightroom and related plug in software. In addition we have shared ideas and training in large file storage and transfer.

Community Involvement

Our annual holiday pet portrait photo session with HAWS (the Human Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha) has helped to raise money for their programs as well as ours. We have also donated many images from members which decorate the walls at the shelter.
